Role Overview

The company seeks a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong partnerships, and accelerate revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence and strengthening relationships across retail, corporate, and distribution channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
  • Expand market presence across retail, corporate, and distribution channels
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform business strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts
  • Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and industry engagements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in business development or sales, preferably within premium or luxury products
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
  • Established network within retail, corporate, or distribution channels
