Position Overview

We seek a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to serve as the first point of contact for clients. The successful candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide exceptional support to customers using the Yoomoto platform. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
  • Meet performance targets and service level expectations

Qualifications and Requirements

  • HND, Diploma, or a degree in Communication or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center or customer support role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer service tools
