Position Overview

We seek a highly experienced and results-driven Fleet & Key Account Manager (Drive-to-Own Specialist) to manage fleet operations and oversee key client relationships. The successful candidate will lead the execution of drive-to-own and hire-purchase vehicle programs, ensure fleet efficiency, and grow strategic accounts. This role requires strong operational expertise, commercial acumen, and deep knowledge of Ghana’s mobility ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize fleet operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and vehicle availability
• Oversee key client accounts and maintain strong, long-term business relationships
• Implement and manage drive-to-own and hire-purchase vehicle programs
• Monitor vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and compliance with operational standards
• Develop strategies to grow fleet utilization and revenue performance
• Coordinate vehicle allocation, tracking, and logistics operations
• Ensure adherence to Ghanaian traffic regulations and transport compliance requirements
• Liaise with drivers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Analyze fleet performance data and provide actionable insights for improvement
• Resolve client and operational issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in fleet management, car rental, or automotive leasing
• Hands-on experience in drive-to-own or hire-purchase business models
• Strong understanding of Ghanaian traffic regulations and compliance requirements
• Good knowledge of driver communities and local logistics operations
• Strong operational and client relationship management skills
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
