Position Overview

We seek a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization’s strategic direction, operational execution, and overall business performance. The successful candidate will drive growth, strengthen commercial performance, and build strategic partnerships that position the company as a market leader. This role requires strong leadership, commercial expertise, and the ability to execute a clear growth-focused vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s overall strategic direction and growth plan
• Lead business development initiatives to drive revenue generation and market expansion
• Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships across key stakeholders
• Oversee all operational, financial, and commercial activities of the organization
• Drive performance targets and ensure delivery of measurable business results
• Lead and develop senior management teams to achieve organizational goals
• Strengthen brand positioning and competitive advantage in the market
• Ensure sound financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Identify new business opportunities and expansion channels
• Report to the Board on performance, strategy execution, and business outlook

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is an added advantage
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role (CEO, General Manager, or Director)
• Strong background in commercial operations, revenue generation, and business development
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth and deliver measurable business outcomes
• Experience in the media industry is an added advantage but not mandatory
• Strong financial and analytical skills
