Role Overview

The Professional Truck Driver operates heavy-duty trucks to transport construction materials, equipment, and supplies safely and efficiently. This role ensures timely deliveries, strict compliance with road safety regulations, and proper care of assigned vehicles to support smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty trucks to transport construction materials and equipment to designated sites.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods in accordance with company schedules and instructions.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles at all times.
• Adhere strictly to road traffic regulations, company safety policies, and transport guidelines.
• Assist with loading and offloading of materials when required.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel usage records, and delivery documentation.
• Report incidents, delays, or accidents immediately to supervisors.
• Ensure proper handling and security of transported goods at all times.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Education & License

• Valid Class D or Class F driving license.

Experience

• Minimum of 15 years of professional driving experience, preferably in construction, logistics, or industrial operations.

• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and defensive driving techniques.
• Ability to operate heavy-duty vehicles safely under varying conditions.
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and discipline.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
