Job Title: Facility Manager(Full-Time)

YAGMUR GROUP operates across Real Estate, Hospitality, and Construction, delivering high-quality residential and commercial developments with a strong focus on service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to join our team in Accra and actively oversee the smooth operation, maintenance, and service delivery of our facilities.


Role Overview

As a Facility Manager, you will actively ensure that all building operations run efficiently, safely, and in line with service standards. You will coordinate maintenance activities, manage service teams and vendors, and ensure residents receive timely, professional support across all facility-related needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily facility operations and ensure smooth building management processes
  • Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution
  • Work closely with technical teams to execute repairs, preventive maintenance, and operational requirements
  • Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and service delivery standards
  • Ensure all operational staff follow established procedures and service protocols
  • Handle resident requests, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally
  • Manage apartment handovers and takeovers, ensuring units meet required readiness and quality standards
  • Supervise vendors, contractors, and external service providers to ensure service quality and compliance
  • Maintain accurate operational, maintenance, and service records
  • Identify operational gaps and proactively resolve or escalate issues when necessary
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards across all facilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in facility operations, residential management, hospitality, or real estate services
  • Strong experience in hotel, serviced apartments, or residential building operations is highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of building operations, maintenance coordination, and service delivery standards
  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams and ensure consistent follow-up on tasks
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment with high attention to detail
