Role Overview
Gold Coast Food seeks a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the business. The successful candidate will transform data into actionable insights and contribute to improving operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data to support business operations
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
• Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to management
• Support decision-making with accurate and timely data analysis
• Maintain and improve data systems and reporting processes
• Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
