Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support and oversee key operational activities across sourcing, production, and workforce coordination. The successful candidate will ensure smooth project execution, efficient resource management, and timely delivery of agricultural and processed goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate commodity and product sourcing activities to meet production requirements.
• Oversee production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Manage and coordinate workforce activities across project sites and operational units.
• Monitor supply chain processes to ensure timely procurement, processing, and delivery.
• Collaborate with suppliers, farmers, and logistics partners to maintain smooth operations.
• Track project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure targets are met.
• Prepare regular operational reports and updates for management review.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within production and supply chain processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience

• Prior experience in agro-processing, export operations, supply chain, or logistics is required.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Good understanding of supply chain and production workflows.
