Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Plumbing Site Foreman to oversee plumbing works on-site and ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. The successful candidate will lead site teams, coordinate daily operations, and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all plumbing activities on-site to ensure timely project delivery.
- Lead and manage plumbing technicians and subcontractors effectively.
- Interpret and implement plumbing drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company standards, and industry best practices.
- Monitor material usage and coordinate procurement needs with the project team.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on plumbing installations.
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly to avoid project delays.
- Maintain accurate daily site reports and progress updates.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
Educational Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in plumbing supervision or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation techniques, and maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards on construction sites.
