Job Summary

The MEP Supervisor oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the hotel. The role ensures that all facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with established standards, contributing to a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Lead and coordinate maintenance teams and external contractors
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure all systems function efficiently
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults promptly
• Ensure all installations and repairs meet safety and regulatory standards
• Monitor energy usage and recommend efficiency improvements
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and spare parts
• Respond quickly to emergencies and minimize operational disruptions
• Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations

Educational Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field

Experience Requirements

• 2 – 4+ years of experience in hospitality engineering, facilities management, or a related field
• Prior supervisory experience in MEP systems is an advantage
