Role Overview

The Network Supervisor oversees the hotel’s IT and network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity, system security, and uninterrupted technology services across all departments. This role supports both operational efficiency and guest satisfaction by maintaining high-performing and secure network systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network systems, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance to ensure high availability, reliability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Manage user access, system permissions, and data security in line with company policies.
• Support hotel systems including property management systems (PMS), POS systems, and other operational technologies.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for system upgrades and support.
• Ensure regular system backups, updates, and cybersecurity compliance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff across departments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, issues, and resolutions.
• Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Education

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a related role.
• Experience in hospitality or service-oriented environments is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, hardware, and software systems.
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical priorities.
