Job Summary

Bae-Organics is seeking reliable and customer-focused Shop Attendants to support daily operations at our food mart. The ideal candidates will ensure excellent customer service, maintain an organized store environment, and contribute to a smooth and efficient shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Handle customer purchases and process transactions accurately
• Assist with stocking shelves and organizing products in designated areas
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock items
• Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene standards within the store
• Support daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum of SHS certificate or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
