Job Summary

Accra Auction Cars Ltd is seeking energetic and results-driven Sales Agents to create a welcoming environment for customers and drive vehicle sales. The successful candidate will engage prospective buyers, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets through effective communication and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner to create a positive first impression.
• Promote and sell vehicles by clearly communicating features, pricing, and value propositions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Stay informed about available inventory, promotions, and market trends.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrate confidence, persuasiveness, and fluency in English (knowledge of Twi or Pidgin is an advantage).
• Show a strong passion for sales, communication, and customer service.
• Possess prior experience in sales or marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Age requirement: 18–35 years.
