Role Purpose

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaner/Steward to support the kitchen and restaurant team. You will actively maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across all areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities

You will actively:

• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, dining spaces, and equipment according to hygiene standards
• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and maintain proper storage of clean items
• Support waste management, including proper disposal and segregation of waste
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, floors, and general restaurant areas
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and operational support when required
• Ensure cleaning supplies are properly used, stored, and reported when low
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures consistently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times

Requirements

• Degree, Diploma, or HND preferred
• 2–3 years of experience in cleaning, stewarding, or hospitality support (preferred)
• Strong sense of punctuality, reliability, and discipline
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and follow kitchen standards
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Must reside in East Legon, Madina, or nearby communities
