Job Summary

Casa Palladio Limited is seeking a polished, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The successful candidate will create a warm and welcoming front-office experience while providing efficient administrative and customer service support that reflects the brand’s premium image.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and prompt response.
  • Direct clients to appropriate departments and support seamless client flow.
  • Maintain an elegant, organized, and welcoming reception area aligned with brand standards.
  • Support daily administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and data entry.
  • Coordinate appointments and manage meeting schedules efficiently.
  • Assist internal teams with clerical and front-office support as required.
  • Uphold confidentiality and maintain high professional communication standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any relevant field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Experience in administrative duties will be an added advantage.
  • Female candidates are preferred for this role.
