Role Summary
We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will actively engage customers, provide accurate product guidance, and ensure a smooth and positive service experience at all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely product information
- Assist customers in identifying suitable auto parts based on their vehicle needs
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records and track pending requests
- Support the sales team with customer engagement and order processing
- Ensure customers receive prompt, helpful, and solution-oriented service
- Promote a positive customer experience at all times
Key Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Previous experience in customer service (auto parts knowledge is an advantage)
