Position: Business Operations Officer

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Officer to oversee and strengthen daily operational processes. The successful candidate will ensure smooth business operations, maintain compliance with industry regulations, and support efficient documentation and workflow management across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily business operations to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Manage and maintain accurate operational documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and operational standards
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service delivery
• Monitor operational performance and provide timely reports to management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and resolve operational challenges
• Drive execution of operational plans in alignment with organizational goals
• Support decision-making through data analysis and operational insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience in document control and operations management
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Target-driven with the ability to meet deadlines and performance goals
• Valid driver’s license
• Relevant industry experience will be an added advantage
