Role Overview

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by promoting and selling auto parts while delivering excellent customer service. This role requires a proactive individual who can build strong client relationships, identify customer needs, and consistently achieve sales targets in a dynamic retail environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell auto parts to both walk-in and corporate customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular performance reports.
  • Offer product demonstrations and recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure product availability.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the auto parts or retail sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
  • Good knowledge of auto parts and automotive systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
