Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Officer to coordinate and support the implementation of community health and resilience projects. The successful candidate will oversee field activities, ensure effective program delivery, and strengthen engagement with community stakeholders across assigned locations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the implementation of community health and resilience projects
  • Supervise and monitor field activities to ensure timely and quality execution of programs
  • Engage with community stakeholders and maintain strong working relationships
  • Collect, compile, and report project data accurately and on time
  • Support planning and logistics for project activities and outreach programs
  • Ensure compliance with project guidelines, timelines, and reporting standards
  • Identify challenges in the field and provide practical solutions to improve project delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution across all locations

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any relevant field
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to work effectively in community-based and field environments
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and reporting abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to work across Kasoa, Prampram, Ada, and Kumasi
