Position Overview
Plato Consult Limited is recruiting on behalf of a multinational organization seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across contract management, project management, and property management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Promote and sell services across contract management, project management, and property management portfolios
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and business pitches
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management
- Represent the company professionally in all client-facing engagements
Educational Background & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in sales or business development
- Experience in contract management, project management, or property management at a senior level is highly desirable
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong overall IT literacy
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
