Job Summary

Dando Manufacturing Ltd is seeking dedicated and hardworking Factory Hand Workers to support daily production operations. The successful candidates will contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and productive factory environment while ensuring that production targets and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of machinery and production equipment
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Support team members to meet daily production targets
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Report any faults, damages, or safety concerns promptly

Educational Requirements

• Minimum of Junior High School (JHS) or Senior High School (SHS) certificate
• Technical or vocational training is an added advantage

Skills and Competencies

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Good physical stamina and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
