Role Overview

The IT Hardware Infrastructure Officer ensures the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of all IT hardware systems across the organization. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering timely support.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, monitor, and maintain CCTV systems across all branch locations.
• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot internet routers, modems, and network switches.
• Provide POS system support, including fault diagnosis, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Configure and maintain biometric attendance systems to ensure accurate HR data capture.
• Manage the organization’s printer fleet, including network configurations, maintenance, and supply tracking.
• Maintain and update self-service kiosks to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Respond promptly to technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance across all hardware infrastructure.

Qualifications & Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in CCTV systems and networking hardware.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems and printer hardware support.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues efficiently.
• Willingness to travel to branch locations and work flexible hours when required.
