Role Overview
PowerCare Ghana is seeking friendly, professional, and customer-focused Call Center Agents to support clients through effective communication and service delivery. The successful candidates will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring customers receive timely assistance and clear information in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information on services.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and escalating complex cases where necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Follow up on pending requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Deliver a calm, clear, and supportive customer experience at all times.
- Meet individual and team performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- HND, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
- Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service tools is an advantage.
