Role Purpose

The Road Roller Operator operates and maintains road roller equipment to support construction and site preparation activities. The role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality compaction work in line with operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate road roller machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with site requirements.
• Conduct daily pre-operation and post-operation inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Report mechanical faults, defects, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and site instructions at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of assigned equipment to ensure longevity and reliability.
• Support site teams in achieving smooth and timely completion of compaction and construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment.

Qualification & Experience

• Valid License F.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating road rollers or similar heavy equipment.
• Proven clean driving and equipment operating record.
• Strong commitment to safety, discipline, and operational efficiency.
