Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and attentive Mould Operator to support our casting operations. The successful candidate will regulate the flow of molten metal into moulds, ensure product quality, and maintain equipment to support safe and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate hand-controlled mechanisms to regulate the flow of molten metal into moulds
• Monitor casting processes to ensure accuracy and product quality
• Inspect moulds and finished products for defects and report any irregularities
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and machinery
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines when handling materials
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

Requirements

• Practical experience in mould operation or metal casting processes
• Ability to operate manual controls and monitor production processes effectively
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform routine equipment maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in a production environment
• Strong adherence to safety standards and procedures
