Role Overview
The Call Centre Agent serves as the first point of contact for customers across assigned projects. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, support payment follow-ups, and ensure every customer interaction is professional, efficient, and solution-oriented. This role requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage conversations with confidence and tact.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls across assigned client projects
- Conduct professional payment follow-ups with insurance agents and customers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide clear and accurate information on products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate and detailed call records in CRM systems
- Follow up consistently to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction
- Meet defined performance targets and quality KPIs
- Support additional customer engagement campaigns as assigned
Requirements
You should have:
- Strong customer service and customer support skills
- Previous call centre experience (an advantage)
- Diploma, HND, Undergraduate degree, or equivalent qualification
- Confidence and professionalism in payment follow-ups and collections conversations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive payment discussions with tact and persuasion
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer tools
- Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving ability
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
- Must reside in Tse Addo or nearby areas in Accra
- Must have a working laptop and reliable MiFi/WiFi (mandatory)
- Must be available to start immediately
