Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrician with experience in IT and network systems to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and low-voltage infrastructure. The successful candidate will work on electrical systems, fiber connectivity, and network configurations to ensure reliable operations across our facilities.

You will play a key role in maintaining system uptime, supporting IT infrastructure, and ensuring all installations meet safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
• Support IT electrical work, including power distribution for network systems
• Test and troubleshoot fiber optic cables using appropriate testing tools
• Assist in configuring and maintaining IT networking systems
• Diagnose faults and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and documentation
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams on system installations and upgrades

Educational Requirements

• Technical or vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field

Experience Required

• Proven experience in electrical installation and maintenance
• Hands-on experience with IT electrical systems and network infrastructure
• Familiarity with fiber cable testing tools and procedures
• Basic understanding of IT networking configuration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in electrical work
