The ideal candidate will combine administrative expertise, technical problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of vehicle makes, models, and specifications to ensure smooth operational workflows across the business.
Job Summary
The Operations Officer will oversee operational processes, provide technical and administrative support, and contribute to improving workflow efficiency within the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing operational systems, supporting internal applications, and coordinating automotive-related administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Streamline daily operational processes and technical workflows to improve efficiency.
- Manage operational databases and maintain accurate business records.
- Troubleshoot internal portals, systems, and applications to ensure smooth functionality.
- Apply detailed knowledge of car makes, models, and manufacturing years to operational and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and manage multiple technical and administrative assignments simultaneously.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain organized documentation.
- Support logistics, inventory tracking, and workflow coordination activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards.
Educational Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or IT support roles.
- Previous experience in the automotive or logistics sector is an advantage.
- Strong IT proficiency with advanced Microsoft Excel and database management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle specifications, car brands, and automotive models.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in vehicle title processing, imports and exports, or supply chain management will be an added advantage.
