Job Purpose

You will lead and coordinate operations and maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance, minimal downtime, and efficient production processes. You will oversee maintenance planning, manage technical projects, and support operational efficiency across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Lead and coordinate all operations and maintenance activities within the facility.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Supervise maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.
• Coordinate technical projects from planning through execution and completion.
• Monitor equipment performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Manage maintenance records, reports, and performance tracking systems.
• Support budgeting and resource planning for maintenance operations.
• Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing solutions.

Key Requirements

Education

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Or a related engineering discipline

Experience

You have:

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Exposure to maintenance planning, operations coordination, or technical project management.
• Experience working with equipment maintenance systems and production operations.
