Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Location: Kumasi Mall
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Purpose

You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient front desk experience. You will manage customer interactions, handle transactions accurately, and support administrative and sales activities to enhance overall business performance.


Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Welcome and attend to customers professionally at the front desk.
  • Handle cash transactions, billing, and payment processing accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Support sales and business development activities where required.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, inquiries, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools to support reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Requirements

Education

You hold a Diploma or Degree in:

  • Business Administration
  • Marketing
  • Or a related field

Experience

You have:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
  • Experience in cash handling, billing, and basic sales support.
  • A track record of delivering positive customer experiences.

Skills & Competencies

You demonstrate:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accuracy in cash handling and transactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A professional, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
