Job Summary

The Captain will take full responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of assigned flights while ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, operational procedures, and safety standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and sound decision-making abilities in all phases of flight operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Command and operate aircraft safely and efficiently in accordance with aviation regulations and company procedures.
• Ensure the safety of passengers, crew members, and aircraft at all times.
• Conduct pre-flight planning, inspections, and operational checks.
• Monitor weather conditions, navigation systems, and flight performance throughout operations.
• Maintain effective communication with air traffic control and operational teams.
• Complete flight documentation and operational reports accurately and on time.
• Lead and coordinate cockpit crew activities to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discipline, and safety management.

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid ICAO Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
• Valid Instrument Rating certification.
• Valid Radio Telephony License.
• Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4.
• Valid type rating on Dash 8/Q400 or Dash 8-300 aircraft.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum total flight time: 3,000 hours.
• Minimum Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time: 1,000 hours.
• Minimum multi-engine flight time: 2,000 hours.
• Minimum on-type experience: 150 hours.
