Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed business growth targets.
- Design and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate targeted industries and markets.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Generate leads by identifying prospective clients, building a strong sales pipeline, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and continued engagement.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial engagement through negotiation, contract closure, and account management.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging industry trends, competitor activities, and potential expansion opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Lead client presentations, workshops, negotiations, and partnership discussions effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project transition and successful post-sale execution.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular business development reports and market insights to management.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and industry engagements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational growth and strategic objectives.
Educational & Professional Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of business development strategies and client acquisition processes.
