Job Description

Location: Accra, Ghana (Hybrid/On-site options available)

Job Type: Full-Time / Shift-Based

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Call Center Agent to join our growing team. As the voice of our brand, you will handle inbound and outbound inquiries, providing exceptional support and ensuring every customer leaves the interaction satisfied. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats in a professional manner.

  • Problem Solving: Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide immediate solutions or escalations.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all conversations and transactions in our CRM database.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all company products, services, and promotional offers to provide accurate information.

  • Sales/Upselling: Identify opportunities to suggest additional products or services that provide value to the customer.

  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets (AHT, CSAT, and FCR).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum of an SHS Diploma/WASSCE; however, an HND or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. Proficiency in Twi, Ga, Ewe is an advantage.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy and the ability to multitask across multiple software platforms simultaneously.

  • Typing Speed: Minimum of 35 WPM.

  • Attitude: Patient, resilient, and able to handle stressful situations with a positive “can-do” spirit.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in a shift-based environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
