Job Summary:

A growing organization is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development activities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, supervising sales activities, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Lead and supervise a team of sales executives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare sales forecasts and management reports
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent relationship management abilities

Salary:

GHS 8,000 – GHS 12,000 plus performance incentives
