HSE Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HSE Manager to lead and oversee all Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives within our organization. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, drive workplace safety culture, and implement effective environmental and occupational health programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Lead accident and incident investigations and implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Plan and deliver effective HSE training programs and awareness sessions for employees.
• Monitor workplace practices to ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental compliance measures.
• Prepare HSE reports and maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Collaborate with management and employees to promote a strong safety culture across the organization.
• Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety and environmental performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Health & Safety standards and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) practices.
• Strong knowledge of Occupational Health protocols and experience in enforcing workplace compliance.
• Proven ability to lead and conduct thorough accident investigations and develop preventive measures.
• Proficiency in planning and delivering effective training sessions on safety and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Certification or educational background in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar EHS management role will be considered an advantage.
