Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Food Packaging Assistant to support our food production and packaging operations. The successful candidate will ensure that all food products are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared according to company standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack food products according to company guidelines and quality standards.
• Ensure all items are properly labeled and sealed before distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the packaging area.
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies.
• Follow instructions carefully to ensure accuracy and consistency in packaging.
• Assist in organizing packaged goods for storage and dispatch.
• Support general production and food handling activities when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or HND in Food Science, Food Technology, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in food handling or packaging.
• Honest, punctual, and well-presented.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
