Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will actively drive sales growth, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and expand market presence within the Kumasi region and beyond. You will work closely with the sales team to execute effective sales strategies, achieve targets, and deliver excellent customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and promotional strategies to support informed sales decisions.
  • Present, demonstrate, and promote company products to customers, clearly highlighting features and benefits to secure sales.
  • Engage in effective negotiations to close deals and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales approaches and promotional plans aligned with market demands.
  • Ensure timely collection and recovery of sales payments in line with company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to support smooth sales operations.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain accurate customer data and profiles to improve service delivery.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, performance updates, and market insights to management.

Educational & Professional Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in ceramics, building materials, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly working with retailers and distributors.
  • Strong understanding of product knowledge and market trends.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Multilingual ability (English, Twi, Ewe) is an added advantage.
