Locations: Eastern Region & Greater Accra Region, Ghana
Employment Type: Full-Time

The company is engaged in the retailing and distribution of petroleum products and is committed to delivering safe, reliable, and efficient fuel services to customers across its network of stations.

We are strengthening our operations and seeking a capable, disciplined, and customer-focused professional to lead our service stations and drive operational excellence.

Role Summary

We are urgently seeking an experienced Station Manager to oversee daily fuel station operations, ensure service quality, and lead station teams effectively. The successful candidate will manage customer service delivery, operational compliance, and business performance while maintaining high safety and efficiency standards.

You will actively drive station performance, implement company strategies, and ensure smooth, profitable operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the fuel station.
  • Ensure excellent customer service delivery at all times.
  • Implement company strategies to achieve operational and sales targets.
  • Supervise and lead station staff to ensure efficiency and discipline.
  • Monitor fuel stock levels, sales records, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and support management reporting.
  • Work extended hours when required to ensure operational continuity.

Requirements

Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum of an HND certificate.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Petroleum Downstream Industry.
  • Strong understanding of fuel station or retail petroleum operations is required.
