Job Summary
The HR Officer will support the company’s human resource operations by managing employee relations, recruitment processes, performance support, and administrative HR functions. The successful candidate will contribute to building a productive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities for new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
- Coordinate employee performance management and staff welfare initiatives.
- Handle employee inquiries and support effective communication across departments.
- Assist with training coordination and staff development programs.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential personnel records.
- Support disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution processes when required.
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company standards.
Experience and Education
- First Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ practical experience as an HR professional.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be hardworking, committed, and results-oriented.
- Must be willing to work with the company on a contract basis, with satisfactory performance serving as the basis for continuous engagement.
