Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to actively promote our products and services, build strong customer relationships, and execute effective marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and strengthening brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Promote products and services through both digital and offline channels
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective marketing campaigns
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management review

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• 2–5 years of proven experience in sales, digital marketing, or real estate (experience across multiple areas is highly preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet set targets
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is an added advantage
• Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset
