Job Title: Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking responsible and experienced Drivers to support transportation operations in Kumasi. You will ensure the safe and timely movement of staff, goods, and materials while upholding high standards of road safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned vehicles safely and in compliance with traffic regulations
• Transport staff, goods, and materials to designated destinations on schedule
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness at all times
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report faults promptly
• Maintain accurate trip records and delivery logs
• Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently
• Provide courteous and professional service to passengers and clients

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License “C”
• Minimum of 2 years proven driving experience
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and driving best practices
• Good understanding of routes within Kumasi and surrounding areas
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined work ethic
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work Saturdays and perform overtime when required
