Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager, Data Product to develop and manage a portfolio of information and data products for the bank. The successful candidate will define and execute data product strategies, oversee new product development, and translate product strategies into effective go-to-market plans and campaigns.

This role requires a professional with strong business, technology, and analytics expertise who can drive innovation and deliver data-driven solutions that address client and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of information and data products
• Define and execute data product strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of data products and services
• Translate product strategies into go-to-market plans and campaigns
• Collaborate with technology, analytics, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions
• Identify client needs and design products that solve business challenges
• Manage product pricing, business cases, and financial planning processes
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to drive growth and profitability
• Oversee product development pipelines using agile development principles
• Ensure alignment between technology solutions, enterprise architecture, and business goals
• Build and maintain strong corporate client relationships within B2B environments

Educational Requirement

• First Degree in Business Commerce or a related field
• Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing or a related discipline

Experience and Technical Skills

Data & Analytics Experience

• 1–2 years’ experience in a technology or information solutions environment
• Exposure to enterprise architecture and understanding of how technology integrates with business solutions
• Experience managing development pipelines using agile development principles
• Understanding of connection mechanisms such as Host-to-Host, XML programming, and APIs
• Familiarity with big data infrastructure including HDFS, Scala, Spark, Splunk, and relational database structures
• Working knowledge of Python and related data technologies

Product Management & Client Experience

• 5–7 years’ experience managing corporate client relationships within a B2B environment
• Proven ability to understand client challenges and create data-driven product solutions
• Experience in product pricing, financial planning, budgeting, and business case development
• Strong understanding of financial management information and key financial statements
