Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities within the organization. The successful candidate will manage receivables, payables, reconciliations, payroll, statutory obligations, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy, accountability, and operational efficiency.

This role requires a proactive finance professional with strong analytical skills, leadership capability, and the ability to manage multiple financial functions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly collection reports.
- Manage receivables and conduct client follow-ups through calls, emails, SMS, and client visits.
- Receive client payments, process deposits, and issue official receipts.
- Update client ledgers and perform account reconciliations regularly.
- Manage payables due to contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Process cheques and accurately record payments in cheque registers and cashbooks.
- Process and maintain payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, and supporting financial documents.
- Manage petty cash operations and ensure proper accountability.
- Prepare monthly and annual estate budgets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and management accounts.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate banking records.
- Prepare and process staff payroll accurately and on time.
- File and process statutory obligations including PAYE, Withholding Tax (WHT), VAT, SSF, and pension contributions.
- Support compliance with accounting standards, financial procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant working experience in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of ERP accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Part or full professional qualification with ICA or ACCA will be an added advantage.
