Role Summary

The Sales & Marketing Officer will actively promote the company’s services, generate new business opportunities, convert leads into contracts, and strengthen relationships with clients. The role combines field sales, client engagement, and digital marketing support.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Duties

• Visit offices, shops, schools, hotels, and corporate organizations to promote company services
• Generate new business leads and convert prospects into clients
• Secure installation and maintenance contracts
• Follow up on quotations and actively close sales deals
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets consistently

Marketing Duties

• Promote company services across social media platforms and online channels
• Support the execution of advertising campaigns and promotional activities
• Track, manage, and follow up on customer enquiries and leads
• Maintain and grow long-term relationships with corporate clients

Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven ability to prepare quotations and business proposals (required)
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, and social media management tools
• Valid driving ability is an added advantage
• Previous sales or marketing experience will be an advantage
