Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives and market expansion activities
- Recruit, train, and develop sales agents to build high-performing teams
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, operational standards, and company policies

Educational Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
