Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and develop high-performing sales teams in Tamale. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and implement strategic initiatives that support the company’s long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives and market expansion activities
• Recruit, train, and develop sales agents to build high-performing teams
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

Educational Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
