Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Branch Quality Control Officer to maintain and improve quality standards across branch operations. The successful candidate will monitor compliance with food safety regulations, operational procedures, hygiene standards, and customer service expectations to ensure consistency and excellence across all assigned branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality inspections across assigned branches
• Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions promptly
• Prepare inspection reports and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure branches comply with company policies and industry regulations
• Support staff training on quality control procedures and best practices
• Monitor product presentation, cleanliness, and customer service standards
• Investigate customer complaints related to product or service quality
• Collaborate with branch managers to improve operational performance
• Maintain accurate quality control records and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality control, food safety, or restaurant operations
• Diploma or degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Excellent observation, analytical, and reporting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple branch inspections
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
