Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Training Facilitator to design, deliver, and evaluate sales training programs across the organization. The successful candidate will build the capabilities of sales teams, strengthen performance, and support revenue growth through structured learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging sales training programs for new and existing sales staff
  • Develop training materials, modules, and performance support tools
  • Assess training needs and customize learning interventions to improve performance
  • Coach and mentor sales teams to strengthen selling techniques and customer engagement
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Support onboarding programs for new sales employees
  • Collaborate with management to align training programs with business objectives
  • Track and report on trainee progress, performance, and development outcomes
  • Stay updated on modern sales techniques and training methodologies

Educational Requirement

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Proven experience in sales training, coaching, or learning and development
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement strategies
  • Ability to motivate and influence teams effectively
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
  • Ability to analyze training needs and measure impact
