Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support business decisions. The successful candidate will collect, analyze, and interpret data across multiple departments to improve performance, optimize operations, and support strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple business sources
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve business performance
• Support operational, sales, and financial teams with data-driven recommendations
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
• Automate reporting processes using appropriate tools and techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
• Present findings clearly to management and stakeholders

Educational Requirement

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field is required or preferred

Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interpret complex data into clear insights
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
