Job Summary

The Marketing Officer will support the company’s marketing, branding, and business development initiatives by implementing strategic campaigns, strengthening client relationships, and promoting the company’s services across various communication channels. The successful candidate will contribute to brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Promotion

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote the company’s services.
  • Support brand visibility and corporate positioning initiatives.
  • Coordinate advertising, promotional activities, and awareness campaigns.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Monitor brand performance and recommend improvement strategies.

Market Research & Business Development

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor activities and industry developments.
  • Support business development initiatives aimed at expanding the company’s client base.
  • Gather and interpret marketing data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and customer engagement.

Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Support customer engagement and client retention initiatives.
  • Assist in handling client inquiries and providing marketing-related support.
  • Represent the company professionally during meetings, events, and promotional activities.

Public Relations & Communication

  • Support corporate communication and public relations activities.
  • Assist in managing the company’s online presence and digital communication platforms.
  • Coordinate marketing communication materials including newsletters, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across communication channels.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role.
  • Experience in corporate marketing, branding, or client relationship management will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Knowledge of market research methods and customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media communication tools is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing-related software/tools.
