We are seeking energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven Outbound Telesales Agents to join our dynamic team and contribute to expanding our customer base through effective sales engagement and relationship management.
Position Summary
The Outbound Telesales Agent will engage prospective and existing customers through outbound calls to promote the company’s insurance products and services. The successful candidate will identify sales opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to achieving sales and service targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote insurance products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective telesales strategies.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within CRM systems.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage customer retention and loyalty.
- Follow up on leads and sales opportunities in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in telesales, call centre operations, customer service, or direct sales.
- Knowledge of insurance or financial services will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Excellent customer engagement and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
